Shipping policy
All prices and shipping fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Dispatch Times
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, from Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Dispatch times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, promotional periods, product launches, holiday seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Australia
Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days depending on location.
New Zealand
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
United States
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Delivery Delays, Loss or Damage
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to postal or courier networks.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@lndskin.com.au so we can assist you with an investigation and appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the courier or postal service.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pay applicable customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
International Orders
For international orders, any applicable customs fees, taxes or duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. LND. SKIN does not collect these charges prior to shipment.
Most international orders are unlikely to incur customs charges, however any applicable import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
