Pre-Order Items

From time to time, we may offer products for purchase on a pre-order basis. A pre-order allows you to secure an item prior to it becoming available for immediate dispatch.

Estimated Dispatch Timeframes

Any dispatch or delivery timeframes provided for pre-order items are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet indicated timeframes, delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, or courier factors outside of our control. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed. This secures your item from the relevant production or stock batch.

Shipping of Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

Where an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated or arranged.

Cancellations Prior to Dispatch

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us in writing. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy applies.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns for pre-order items are subject to our standard Returns Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required under law where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees.
