Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of new and unused products within 30 days of receipt for change of mind. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
For change of mind returns, the purchase price of the product(s) will be refunded excluding original shipping costs and payment processing fees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, as LND. SKIN cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at info@lndskin.com.au as soon as possible.
In these cases, products may be eligible for a refund or replacement even if they have been opened or used, and shipping costs may be reimbursed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To assist with your claim, we may request photographs of the product and packaging prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
International Orders
For international returns, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, or taxes unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If you believe your order has been lost, arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.
